{"id":8204,"date":"2015-10-10T10:45:08","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T10:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/?p=8204"},"modified":"2017-04-19T13:18:26","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T13:18:26","slug":"fibre-compte-rendu-05-octobre-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/fibre-compte-rendu-05-octobre-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Fibre optique: compte rendu Pelletant du 05 octobre 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/fibre_optique_rapport.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8209\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8209 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/fibre_optique_rapport-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"illustration avancement fibre optique\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/fibre_optique_rapport-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/francois-pelletant.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/fibre_optique_rapport.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>Comme je m&#8217;y suis engag\u00e9 je vous tiens au courant de l&#8217;avancement du d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre optique sur les communes de Chilly-Mazarin, Longjumeau, Villebon-sur-Yvette, Montlh\u00e9ry, Linas et Villejust.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Avancement travaux phase 3 et \u00e9tudes phase 4<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><u>Longjumeau-Chilly-Mazarin<\/u>:<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des contacts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris avec ERDF afin de \u00a0d\u2019avancer \u00e0 la semaine 41 la pose du coffret porte-fusibles et le raccordement au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique du PM de Longjumeau.<\/p>\n<p>Des travaux restent \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sur Longjumeau afin de pouvoir lib\u00e9rer des prises raccordables.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9alisation de certains des chantiers restant \u00e0 effectuer reste donc soumise \u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019autorisations (conventions) pour certaines voies priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><u>Villebon-sur-Yvette<\/u>:<\/h4>\n<p>DIEU confirme que les travaux seront suffisamment avanc\u00e9s d\u2019ici la premi\u00e8re quinzaine de novembre pour permettre alors d\u2019organiser la r\u00e9union publique de lancement courant seconde quinzaine en disposant d\u2019un nombre significatif de prises raccordables par rapport au nombre de foyers \u00e9ligibles sur la ZAPM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><u>Etudes phase 4<\/u><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<h5><strong><u>&#8211; MONTLHERY\u00a0: <\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Relev\u00e9 FOA\u00a0: 100%<\/p>\n<p>Commande FT\u00a0: 100%<\/p>\n<p>Aiguillage\u00a0: 96%<u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<h5><strong><u>&#8211; LINAS\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Relev\u00e9 FOA\u00a0: 100%<\/p>\n<p>Commande FT\u00a0: en cours<\/p>\n<p>Aiguillage\u00a0: 40%<\/p>\n<h5><strong><u>&#8211; VILLEJUST<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0:<\/h5>\n<p>Relev\u00e9 FOA\u00a0:15%<\/p>\n<p>Aiguillage du transport 35%<\/p>\n<p>John DIEU n\u2019a pas eu le retour de son prestataire concernant l\u2019avancement des \u00e9tudes sur Marcoussis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><u>Signature convention Orange BLO<\/u><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tutor va devoir basculer d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e des conventions FTTx et RCA vers la convention BLO pour la location du g\u00e9nie civil et des infrastructures d\u2019Orange.<\/p>\n<p>La convention BLO va alors permettre \u00e0 Tutor de pouvoir d\u00e9sormais utiliser les poteaux Orange. Ces derniers n&#8217;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0pris en compte dans les \u00e9tudes pour le d\u00e9ploiement. A priori, \u00a0les anciennes conventions ne permettait pas d\u2019y recourir.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs,l\u2019utilisation des poteaux du r\u00e9seau t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique a\u00e9rien pourrait alors permettre de d\u00e9ployer le r\u00e9seau THD ; dans certains secteurs sur lesquels il n\u2019existe pas de fourreaux mobilisables et sur lesquels les appuis a\u00e9riens ne sont pas suffisants.<\/p>\n<p>Cela concernera aussi bien les travaux restant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser sur les phases 3 et 4 que les d\u00e9ploiements effectu\u00e9s dans le cadre des phases 1 et 2 qui n\u2019ont pas toujours pu aboutir pour certains foyers.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le quartier du Mauregard \u00e0 Epinay-sur-Orge sur lequel Tutor a beaucoup de mal \u00e0 obtenir des riverains les autorisations de passage en fa\u00e7ade n\u00e9cessaires pour raccorder les habitants qui souhaitent s\u2019abonner.<\/p>\n<p>Ou encore le quartier du Rouillon \u00e0 Lonjumeau sur lequel les \u00e9lus refusent d\u2019autoriser la pose de poteaux en nombre alors que ceux d\u2019Orange pourraient peut-\u00eatre \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9s dans des conditions satisfaisantes.<\/p>\n<p>Cela va bien s\u00fbr n\u00e9cessiter que Tutor \u00e9tudie en d\u00e9tail les modalit\u00e9s techniques de cette convention et reprennent les \u00e9tudes sur certains secteurs.<\/p>\n<p>John DIEU regarde ce point avec les \u00e9quipes \u00e9tudes de Tutor. Il\u00a0reviendra vers nous avec une proposition de m\u00e9thodologie et de planning.
