L’instant est grave, dans quelques mois nous allons \u00e9lire le d\u00e9put\u00e9 qui devra vous repr\u00e9senter et vous d\u00e9fendre s\u00e9rieusement sans avoir en t\u00eate des projets\u00a0de carri\u00e8re \u00e9go\u00efstes. J’ai des propositions\u00a0et un programme \u00e0 \u00e9laborer avec vous mais depuis ce matin vous n’avez qu’une chose \u00e0 la bouche, depuis la parution d’un article dans le Parisien : “De quoi elle se m\u00eale cette Gelot de critiquer notre QG de Longjumeau ?”<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour moi, il s’agit d’un \u00e9piph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne mais j’ai l’impression que si je passe cela sous silence la campagne va \u00eatre constamment pollu\u00e9e\u00a0par cette pol\u00e9mique. Voici donc ce que j’ai \u00e0 dire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mme Gelot est dans son r\u00f4le de Maire lorsqu’elle r\u00e9glemente l’urbanisme \u00e0 Longjumeau. Moi \u00e0 sa place, je ferais\u00a0peut-\u00eatre diff\u00e9remment, je pense en effet que le centre ville de Longjumeau est triste et peu pratique mais, le Maire c’est elle, \u00a0jusqu’en 2020, c’est elle qui d\u00e9cide de la couleur des fa\u00e7ades et des enseignes dans sa ville et de l’am\u00e9nagement du centre ville ou de son non-am\u00e9nagement. De plus \u00a0c’est une femme sympathique, ne comptez pas sur moi pour la d\u00e9valoriser.<\/span><\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne le QG, une demande de ravalement de fa\u00e7ade a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le locataire pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Cette demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 refus\u00e9e\u00a0au motif que le vert pr\u00e9vu en fa\u00e7ade \u00e9tait trop ‘fluo”. Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un ravalement avec un vert moins fluo en posant du gazon synth\u00e9tique sur les murs. Personne ne peut lui\u00a0en\u00a0faire le reproche.<\/span><\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne l’enseigne, c’est tout simple je l’ai modifi\u00e9e\u00a0en mettant ma “bobine” et j’ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une “d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable” d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre. La premi\u00e8re modification<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9e \u00e0 la mairie de Longjumeau, le 12 d\u00e9cembre 2016 sous le num\u00e9ro 091 345 161 0022.\u00a0 La mairie de Longjumeau m’a fait savoir qu’elle s’opposait \u00e0 mon enseigne, j’en ai donc r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une seconde et d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une nouvelle d\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable… et ainsi de suite. Comme ce type d’autorisation d’urbanisme est, de par l’usage en Essonne, “r\u00e9gularisable”, nous pouvons continuer ainsi jusqu’aux\u00a0\u00e9lections.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bon, je ne m\u2019\u00e9tends pas plus, sinon je vais devoir vous raconter comment j’ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte, toujours sans suite, en r\u00e9ponse aux\u00a0pressions\u00a0qu’a eues\u00a0le propri\u00e9taire de mon premier projet de permanence pour ne pas signer le bail avec moi. Je\u00a0ne\u00a0suis pas certain que Mme Gelot serait fi\u00e8re que\u00a0j’\u00e9voque\u00a0cela.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Enfin, pour ceux qui voudraient\u00a0suivre mon exemple, \u00a0j’aimerais\u00a0dire que, si j’utilise les diff\u00e9rentes\u00a0possibilit\u00e9s\u00a0que me donne la loi, il vaut mieux, lorsque vous avez affaire \u00e0 des \u00e9lus collaboratifs, comme par exemple \u00e0 Linas, faire les choses dans l’ordre. Ma m\u00e9thode \u00e0 Longjumeau pourra certainement convaincre un juge qu’elle n’est pas r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensible, mais c’est uniquement du\u00a0fait que le respect du bon droit est impossible compte tenu de l’obstruction politique dont je suis victime.
