N’est ce pas cela le vrai et le seul scandale, la pratique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e du n\u00e9potisme des dirigeants politiques dans les emplois publics ? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois Fillon n’est que l’arbre qui cache la for\u00eat.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Les Francais l’ont bien compris, si l’affaire Fillon prend autant d’ampleur dans l’opinion, ce n’est pas simplement pour d\u00e9truire l’homme mais pour tordre le cou \u00e0 cet usage r\u00e9publicain qui consiste \u00e0 placer ses proches dans des emplois inaccessibles pour les autres. Bien pire que le “copinage” ou le lobbying, ce n\u00e9potisme est inconcevable dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle. Le peuple veut y mettre fin et Fran\u00e7ois Fillon en restera le symbole expiatoire \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de ne pas avoir \u00e9largi la pol\u00e9mique \u00e0 tous ceux qui en profitent, et ils sont l\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Claude Bartolone, Jacques B\u00e9nisti, Gilbert Collard ….et les 113 autres ; qui s’int\u00e9resse \u00e0 eux ? qui en parle ? un juge s’est-il auto-saisi ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Conspiration du silence ? <\/span><\/p>\n

J’invite donc le Parquet G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Financier \u00e0 s’auto-saisir et j’attire publiquement son attention sur ces faits afin d’\u00e9viter que, plus tard, on ne nous explique que, faute de moyens ou d’informations, la justice est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d’un scandale d’Etat.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Je me suis amus\u00e9 \u00e0 reprendre la liste publi\u00e9e par Mediapart. Si l’on compl\u00e8te l’enqu\u00eate de Mathilde Mathieu, et que l’on fait des recoupements, on constate que l’inventaire concerne, 12 UDI, 36 SER (gauche majoritaire), 4 RRDP (gauche), 5 NI (FN et autres), 53 LR, qui ont employ\u00e9 d’une fa\u00e7on ou d’une autre, un fils, une fille, un conjoint, un cousin …enfin quelqu’un qui n’aurait jamais obtenu le poste s’il n’avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le “fils de..”. <\/span><\/p>\n

La droite est surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9e me direz-vous. Pas si s\u00fbr ! Cette enqu\u00eate ne concerne pas les emplois de cabinets et postes minist\u00e9riels dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les “proches” de la majorit\u00e9 au pouvoir. Et ceci, de tout temps !<\/span><\/p>\n

Lorsqu’en 2015 la droite a rafl\u00e9 les d\u00e9partements et les r\u00e9gions, le voile s’est lev\u00e9 sur l’ampleur des emplois”familiaux de complaisance” dans ces collectivit\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dans mon d\u00e9partement de l’Essonne, dont le Conseil D\u00e9partemental est pass\u00e9 de gauche \u00e0 droite, la nouvelle majorit\u00e9 a failli s’\u00e9trangler lorsqu’elle a <\/wbr>d\u00e9couvert que les maris, les femmes, les copains “travaillaient ” depuis des ann\u00e9es aux frais du contribuable. Mais le monde politique se prot\u00e8ge et bien s\u00fbr, ce n\u00e9potisme\u00a0est rest\u00e9 dans le non-dit .<\/span><\/p>\n

J’invite donc la justice \u00e0 s’int\u00e9resser \u00e9galement aux emplois de proches dans les r\u00e9gions et les d\u00e9partements en 2014. Cela devrait \u00eatre facile car cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, les alternances de majorit\u00e9s ont permis de mettre \u00e0 jour ces situations de n\u00e9potisme.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Ce qu’a fait Fran\u00e7ois Fillon est inavouable parce que l’aveu ne concerne pas uniquement sa femme et ses enfants, mais englobe l’ensemble de la classe politique. Si “Gate” il y a, c’est un “N\u00e9po-Gate” g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n

Si que le feuilletonage du “Canard Encha\u00een\u00e9” \u00e9tait “professionnel”, nous devrions d\u00e9couvrir d’autres “Penelope” car on ne peut penser que tout ceci ne visait uniquement qu’\u00e0 d\u00e9truire le candidat de la droite.<\/span><\/p>\n
