\"hp\u00a0Une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration contre la fermeture de l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Longjumeau<\/h2>\n

Ce soir je propose au conseil municipal de Linas de voter une d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration s’opposant \u00e0 la fermeture de l’h\u00f4pital<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>de Longjumeau. Je vais donc transmettre ce texte \u00e0 tous les maires des communes concern\u00e9es afin qu’ils la fassent voter, eux aussi, par leur conseil.<\/p>\n

MOTION CONTRE LA FERMETURE DES HOPITAUX DE PROXIMIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n

Monsieur le Maire informe que la loi 2016 de modernisation de notre syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 rend obligatoire, \u00e0 tout \u00e9tablissement de la Fonction Publique Hospitali\u00e8re, l\u2019appartenance \u00e0 un Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT).<\/a><\/p>\n

A l\u2019initiative de l\u2019Agence R\u00e9gionale de Sant\u00e9, la fermeture d\u00e9finitive des sites hospitaliers de Juvisy-sur-Orge, Longjumeau et Orsay, est envisag\u00e9e, \u00e0 la faveur de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un nouvel \u00e9tablissement hospitalier unique sur le plateau de Saclay \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2024.<\/p>\n

Cette volont\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans une logique financi\u00e8re de mutualisation des offres de soins au sein d\u2019\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0hyper-h\u00f4pitaux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Cependant, ce projet provoquerait la suppression d\u2019environ 500 lits (pr\u00e8s d\u2019un millier de lits aujourd\u2019hui sur les trois h\u00f4pitaux pour moins de 500 demain \u00e0 Saclay). Elle causerait aussi la suppression de 900 postes m\u00e9dicaux et administratifs sur le bassin.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, il para\u00eet utile de mesurer en amont, l\u2019impact de ce Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire sur notre bassin de sant\u00e9, au vu de l\u2019importance de la population de l\u2019Essonne et du d\u00e9ficit pr\u00e9occupant en offre de soins de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Prise de position<\/h5>\n

Il convient \u00e9galement de souligner la vocation sp\u00e9cifique des h\u00f4pitaux de Juvisy, Longjumeau et Orsay, notamment leur r\u00f4le dans l\u2019appr\u00e9hension des risques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9quipements structurants comme l\u2019a\u00e9roport d\u2019Orly, les grands axes routiers ainsi que les nombreuses gares RER du secteur.<\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 de D\u00e9fense des H\u00f4pitaux appelle alors les Communes de l\u2019Essonne \u00e0 prendre position sur ces fermetures et a lanc\u00e9 une p\u00e9tition qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 re\u00e7u plus de 12\u00a0500 signatures.<\/p>\n

Les conseils municipaux des communes de Morsang-sur-Orge, Savigny-sur-Orge et Viry-Ch\u00e2tillon ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 une motion contre la fermeture des h\u00f4pitaux de Juvisy-sur-Orge, Longjumeau et Orsay.<\/p>\n

Eu \u00e9gard \u00e0 ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, il est propos\u00e9 au Conseil Municipal\u00a0:<\/h5>\n

D\u2019AFFIRMER <\/strong>l\u2019importance de ces \u00e9tablissements de proximit\u00e9\u00a0;<\/p>\n

D\u2019EXIGER<\/strong>\u00a0le maintien total des activit\u00e9s de soins dans les h\u00f4pitaux de Juvisy-sur-Orge, Longjumeau et Orsay\u00a0;<\/p>\n

DE S\u2019OPPOSER<\/strong> \u00e0 tout projet de fermeture d\u2019\u00e9tablissement non compens\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles structures de sant\u00e9 dans le m\u00eame bassin de vie\u00a0;<\/p>\n

DE SOUTENIR<\/strong> la communaut\u00e9 hospitali\u00e8re et les usagers qui refusent les fermetures de services hospitaliers et\/ou la suppression de lits sur le d\u00e9partement de l\u2019Essonne.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
