\"\"<\/a>Un candidat UMP qui appelle \u00e0 voter pour un candidat PS , nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0connu\u00a0cela aux derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections cantonales puisque M. Frontera (UMP)\u00a0avait appel\u00e9\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 voter\u00a0pour M. Cau\u00ebt (PS),\u00a0 contre moi. Mais un candidat UMP qui fait un faux t\u00e9moignage\u00a0en faveur d’un candidat PS,\u00a0 mal en point dans une\u00a0proc\u00e9dure\u00a0de fraude \u00e9lectorale,\u00a0c\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0du jamais vu. Eh\u00a0\u00a0bien\u00a0Frontera l’a fait\u00a0! Le maire de\u00a0St-Jean-de-Beauregard\u00a0a\u00a0\u00a0\u00e9crit \u00e0 son copain du camp\u00a0adverse, \u00a0une lettre de deux pages, \u00a0en l’autorisant \u00e0 la produire en justice, \u00a0dans laquelle\u00a0il exprime\u00a0tout le mal qu’il pense de moi. On vient de me transmettre une copie (a t\u00e9l\u00e9charger plus bas). Nous sommes donc dans une situation o\u00f9:<\/p>\n

1) Un candidat est investi par l’UMP alors que d\u00e9j\u00e0 au scrutin pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent il avait appel\u00e9 \u00e0 voter pour la gauche<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Ce candidat UMP, sa suppl\u00e9ante et leurs soutiens UMP locaux, prennent parti pour le candidat PS<\/span> au second tour<\/p>\n

3) Alors que le candidat PS est vis\u00e9 par une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire pour fraude \u00e9lectorale, le candidat UMP lui fait une attestation pour le d\u00e9douaner<\/span><\/p>\n

4) L’attestation est un faux t\u00e9moignage<\/span>.<\/p>\n

On va encore dire que je m\u00e9dis, mais il y aurait comme un air de magouille politique dans notre circonscription que \u00e7a m’\u00e9tonnerait pas. Je vous mets en copie ici le courrier de M. Frontera, mais\u00a0\u00e2mes\u00a0sensibles abstenez vous de le lire. Faux temoignage FF.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n

M. Frontera doit avoir ses facult\u00e9s\u00a0imbib\u00e9es\u00a0par la haine, puisqu’il ne se g\u00eane pas\u00a0pour inventer\u00a0\u00a0des histoires fausses que je n’ai\u00a0\u00a0aucun mal \u00e0 d\u00e9mentir<\/p>\n

– M.\u00a0Frontera atteste sur l’honneur \u00a0que\u00a0si ma commune,\u00a0Linas, n’est pas encore en\u00a0intercommunalit\u00e9 c’est\u00a0parce que personne ne veut travailler avec le Maire de Linas que je suis. Je\u00a0\u00a0ne\u00a0vais avoir aucun mal \u00e0 produire le vote des communes de la Communaute d’agglom\u00e9ration d’Europe Essonne qui , en 2009, \u00a0demandaient\u00a0\u00a0au\u00a0Pr\u00e9fet d’\u00e9largir leur p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre jusqu’\u00e0 Linas.<\/p>\n

– M. Frontera atteste sur l’honneur que je n’aurais jamais r\u00e9uni les Maires du Canton\u00a0durant les 13\u00a0ann\u00e9es de mon\u00a0\u00a0mandat de Conseiller G\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Je\u00a0suis en mesure de\u00a0produire les courriers d’invitation \u00e0 des d\u00e9jeuners\u00a0\u00a0de travail auxquels j’invitais les Maires et leurs\u00a0adjoints,\u00a0ainsi que\u00a0\u00a0les t\u00e9moignages de ceux qui y ont pris part (exemple 6\/12\/2002, 31\/01\/2003, 11\/04\/2003, 27\/06\/2003, 26\/06\/2003, 19\/12\/2003 o\u00f9 j’avais r\u00e9serv\u00e9\u00a0une salle\u00a0\u00e0 l’hotel du\u00a0d\u00e9partement pour cela).<\/p>\n

– M. Frontera atteste sur l’honneur\u00a0 ( lisez \u00e7a c’est truculent ) que\u00a0j’aurais coll\u00e9 des affiches \u00e9lectorales\u00a0en dehors des panneaux r\u00e9glementaires et qu’un Maire d’une commune voisine s’en serait plaint et m’aurait\u00a0demand\u00e9 de les enlever.<\/strong> Alors l\u00e0 !!! Qui peut\u00a0croire \u00e7a ? Aucune de mes affiches\u00a0n’a\u00a0\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 coll\u00e9e\u00a0ailleurs\u00a0qu’aux endroits o\u00f9 cela \u00e9tait autoris\u00e9.\u00a0J’ai donc interrog\u00e9 le Maire qui selon M. Frontera se\u00a0plaignait du placardage\u00a0de mes affiches et voil\u00e0 ce qu’il me r\u00e9pond: ” …j’ai parl\u00e9 \u00e0 Monsieur Frontera de l’affichage sauvage ..mais il s’agissait d’affiches de M. Cau\u00ebt \u00a0et non de vous.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a si\u00a0j\u2019\u00e9tais\u00a0membre du Parti Socialiste j’aurais\u00a0s\u00e9rieusement envie\u00a0de vomir. Alors que M.\u00a0Cau\u00ebt est sur le point de voir les \u00e9lections de mars annul\u00e9es\u00a0\u00a0(d\u00e9cision en instance au Conseil d’Etat) le seul moyen qu’il trouve pour sa d\u00e9fense, c’est le faux t\u00e9moignage d’un candidat UMP.<\/p>\n

\n

Et si j’\u00e9tais membre de l’UMP, j’aurais honte.<\/p>\n

C’est ainsi que des\u00a0innocents\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quillotin\u00e9s\u00a0et que\u00a0dans un pass\u00e9 plus r\u00e9cent, sur simple d\u00e9lation,\u00a0\u00a0on envoyait les gens dans les camps de la mort.<\/p>\n

Inutile de vous rappeler que faire un faux t\u00e9moignage\u00a0devant la Justice est\u00a0passible d’un an de prison.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
