Parmi les arguments avanc\u00e9s par les\u00a0partisans\u00a0 de la construction d\u2019un nouvel\u00a0h\u00f4pital\u00a0au Christ de Saclay, \u00a0la suppression de ceux de Longjumeau, Juvisy et Orsay, celui des \u00e9conomies a bon dos. Certains\u00a0affirment\u00a0\u00a0que la r\u00e9habilitation de l\u2019h\u00f4pital\u00a0de Longjumeau co\u00fbterait 100 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n

Eh\u00a0bien soit, en additionnant les r\u00e9novations des 3 h\u00f4pitaux, on aboutit\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0une somme de quelque 300 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n

Maintenant, rappelons-nous les co\u00fbts de r\u00e9alisation du Centre Hospitalier du Sud Francilien \u00e0 Corbeil, qui serait le pendant de celui \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser dans le nord du d\u00e9partement \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2024\/2026\u00a0: il aura co\u00fbt\u00e9 pas moins de 450 millions d\u2019euros, sans compter les m\u00e9andres du partenariat public-priv\u00e9 et des indemnit\u00e9s relatives\u2026 450-300 = 150 millions d\u2019euros. Le co\u00fbt du nouveau centre hospitalier, financ\u00e9 on s\u2019en doute par la vente des sites actuels des h\u00f4pitaux. En effet cela co\u00fbterait donc, \u00a033% plus cher que la r\u00e9habilitation compl\u00e8te des 3 h\u00f4pitaux existants, en conservant plus de 1 000 lits au lieu de 450 environ dans le futur.<\/p>\n
