\"fakeMes amis de l’association Anticor<\/a>,\u00a0qui ont profit\u00e9 il y a quelques ann\u00e9es des subventions de la Mairie de Linas (lorsque leur action n’\u00e9tait pas politis\u00e9e), ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se m\u00ealer des investitures des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives en racontant de grosses b\u00eatises sur mon compte. Afin de ne pas laisser circuler ces “fake news”, je me permets de rectifier les informations d\u00e9livr\u00e9es par Anticor :<\/p>\n

Le jugement de 2016 a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 avant m\u00eame d’\u00eatre publi\u00e9, par le simple fait que la partie civile et moi avons fait appel. Il n’a donc aucune valeur, ce que chacun sait pertinemment.<\/p>\n

Le jugement de 2006 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cass\u00e9, rejug\u00e9. J’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 blanchi et mon casier judiciaire purg\u00e9. Je ne peux pas mieux dire.<\/p>\n

Je respecte tout \u00e0 fait les crit\u00e8res de moralit\u00e9 de “En-marche”, et m\u00eame plus. Mon casier judiciaire B2 est totalement vierge, tout comme le B3 (copie disponible sur demande). Je n’ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 de l’in\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sur ce dernier point je remarque que tous les candidats dans ma circonscription ne peuvent pas en dire autant, et je ne m’\u00e9tonne pas qu’Anticor ait oubli\u00e9 de s’en faire l’\u00e9cho.<\/p>\n

Depuis 20 ans que je j’affronte le syst\u00e8me et ses satellites comme Anticor, je n’ai eu de cesse d’\u00eatre assailli pour toutes sortes de proc\u00e9dures judiciaires plus ou moins fantaisistes. On comprend d’ailleurs mieux leur but lorsque l’on voit l’exploitation qu’en fait Anticor aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n

A ce jour, je suis toujours aussi propre et vierge que le 21 octobre 1965 lorsque je suis n\u00e9 et ceci malgr\u00e9 toute l’\u00e9nergie d\u00e9pens\u00e9e pour m’abattre.<\/p>\n

Anticor doit s’y faire, dans une d\u00e9mocratie on a le droit de vocif\u00e9rer, calomnier, accuser, poursuivre… Mais lorsque l’on est incorruptible, on ne peut pas \u00eatre condamn\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
